On May 14, 2018, You Tianlong, PhD candidate at Arizona State University and founder of Wechat Official Account, iAmElection, visited the SIAS and gave a lecture on “China-US Relations at a Crossroads”.

You’s research focuses on American constitutionalism, US politics, US immigration laws and ethnic studies within a global context. In his lecture, You analyzed the evolution of US engagement policy toward China, and the realistic challenges facing the two nations. He also shard his views with the SIAS research staff on the status quo of China-US relations and other hot political topics in the US.
